Initial Consultation

Your first 1-hour consultation is complementary. During this session, we assess your bookkeeping needs and tailor a setup plan.

Setup & Service Fees

A one-time setup fee will be provided after the consultation based on your business size and requirements.

Ongoing services are billed monthly based on your selected package, with payments due on the 1st of each month. Invoices unpaid within 10 days may incur a 5% late fee; services may be suspended or terminated after extended nonpayment.

Confidentiality & Data Use

All financial and business information you share is held in strict confidence.

We will not sell, trade, or disclose your information to third parties.

Your data is used solely for bookkeeping and consulting services for your business.

We employ secure storage, encryption, and access controls to protect your data.

Data & Record Return

Upon termination, your data will be returned in a secure file format within 30 to 90 days of your request.

Expedited or interim data requests during an active contract may be subject to a fee.

After 90 days without request, data may be archived or deleted (per industry best practices).

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. You remain responsible for fees for all services rendered prior to termination.

Changes to Policy

LuxeBalance Bookkeeping reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. We will notify clients of any changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
